And support enterprises in the Wusu Comprehensive Bonded Zone and other special customs supervision zones to open imported commodity display centers, distribution centers, build cross-border e-commerce trading platforms, experience stores, etc., expand the import of daily consumer goods, and guide overseas consumption to return. Support cities with conditions to rely on existing various types of development zones, transformation and upgrading demonstration s and other carriers to improve the cross-border e-commerce support system, promote industrial agglomeration, and cultivate provincial-level cross-border e-commerce industrial parks. Encourage cross-border e-commerce industrial parks to take the lead in e-commerce incubation, service model innovation, public platform construction, industrial chain construction, and logistics and express delivery. Support eligible cities to apply for a national comprehensive pilot zone for cross-border e-commerce. Build the province's cross-border e-commerce comprehensive service platform, customs clearance and inspection platform and other public service platforms, and support cross-border e-commerce, logistics express companies, and third-party payment institutions to connect with public service platforms. Start the construction of an integrated supervision center for international mail exchange and international express mail, optimize the customs clearance process of inbound and outbound mail and express mail, and improve the timeliness of delivery. Strive for the support of China Post Group to increase services such as international general postal parcels, air registered lines, and EMS (Express Mail Service) express direct sealing and direct mail routes. Establish a cross-border e-commerce business product traceability system and consumer dispute resolution mechanism to effectively protect the rights and interests of consumers, and severely crack down on various illegal and infringing activities in cross-border e-commerce.
